On average people generally engage in bi weekly coaching sessions during which we review previous action plans, address challenges and concerns and create a new action plan with specific next steps.

A 5 Step coaching package includes:

  • Clarifying your goals and career direction by working with you to develop a personal development action plan.
  • Working with you to develop a new and revised Health Specific Curriculum Vitae both long and short.
  • Bi weekly one on one online coaching sessions to support the implementation of the agreed strategies, work through issues that arise and create specific next steps.
  • Support to apply for a new position if appropriate including development of selection criteria responses.
  • Interviewing skills development and role play.
  • Provision of resources written, audio or video to support your learning and development.
